1. The pressure gauge of the high-pressure pump shows high pressure, but the injected water flow is small but the water pressure is low.

Analysis of the reason: the pressure gauge shows high pressure, which means that the high-pressure cleaning pump of the cleaning and suction truck is working normally, but the water flow is small and the water pressure is low, it may be that the water flow is blocked when it passes through the high-pressure cleaning tube and the gun tip. Causes pressure to decrease.

Solution: Check the high-pressure cleaning pipe. If there is any bending or knotting, the high-pressure cleaning pipe needs to be arranged to ensure that the pipe is normal; check the high-pressure cleaning nozzle. If the nozzle outlet is abnormal, the nozzle is blocked. Use iron wire or other tools for dredging. If you can’t dredge, you need to replace with a new tip.

2. When the cleaning suction truck is dredging the pipeline, when the pressure reaches a certain scale, it cannot continue to rise

Analyze the reason: the high-pressure cleaning pump has a maximum pressure. Generally, when the pressure reaches the maximum value or is close to the maximum value, the pressure can no longer be increased. This is a normal phenomenon; if the pressure is far from the maximum value, and the pressure cannot continue to be increased, It may be insufficient water supply.

Solution: Clean the three-way filter. If the filter has debris, it will cause poor water flow and insufficient water supply; if the water outlet is blocked, it will also cause poor water flow and cause insufficient water supply. Therefore, the water outlet and filter must be checked.

3. When the sewage suction truck is dredging the pipeline, the water pressure is unstable, the body shakes abnormally, and the high-pressure cleaning pump makes a knocking sound.

Reason for analysis: It may be that there are bubbles in the water.

Solution: Reduce the pressure, and gradually increase the pressure after the high-pressure pump runs smoothly, until the cleaning and suction truck discharges all the bubbles, and then it can work normally.

4. The cleaning and suction truck shows that the water pump has no pressure, no water, and the high-pressure cleaning pump makes a knocking sound.

Analyze the reason: the high-pressure pump lacks water

Solution: Check whether there is water in the water tank, replenish water in time, check whether the three-way valve connecting the water tank and the high-pressure pump is closed, ensure that the water tank and the high-pressure pump are unblocked, clean the three-way valve and the high-pressure pump filter to ensure that the filter is unblocked.
