1. When using the water in the pond, remove the suction pipe, connect one end to the suction port of the pump, connect the other end to the water filter and put it in the pond, close the rear water inlet valve, open the water diversion valve, and then the water can be discharged Fill the tank with water.
2. When using the water in the fire hydrant, connect the fire hydrant with the water injection port outside the water tank with a water belt, and the water is directly injected into the water tank.
Fire fighting work: When using the water in the water tank, open the rear water inlet valve and start the fire pump, and perform the following operations:
1. Low-pressure water outlet. After the fire pump works, open the low-pressure water ball valve to achieve low-pressure water discharge.
2. The cannon comes out of water. When working at low pressure, close the low pressure water outlet ball valve and open the cannon ball valve to achieve fire extinguishing with water outlet from the cannon.
You should also pay attention when using a fire truck
1. After the fire truck water pump is used, turn on all the remaining water switches on the pump to release the remaining water in the pump. After the remaining water is discharged, turn off all the switches to prevent freezing and use it next time.
2. After the water pump has used sea water, sewage, corrosive water flow and foam mixture, run it with clean water for more than 1 minute to clean the residual liquid in the pump.
3. Regularly check the lubricating oil in the bearing, if it is lower than the oil level, it should be supplemented.
4. After using the fire pump in winter, run the piston pump several times to drain the remaining water in the piston pump to prevent freezing.
5. The pump is strictly forbidden to run for more than 1 min without water for a long time.
