With the rapid development of cold chain logistics in our country, more and more customers come to CLVEHICLES.COM to purchase brand refrigerated trucks. Friends who have used refrigerated trucks know that they often encounter problems of this kind or that during use, so how should the refrigerated truck be used correctly? The following will share with you the coup of using the refrigerated truck correctly.
1. Control of transportation temperature
If the cargo with too high or too low temperature is loaded into the compartment of a refrigerated truck, then the refrigeration unit is set to the necessary transportation temperature of the transported cargo, and the temperature of the cargo is reduced or raised to the necessary temperature over a certain period of time. However, the fact is the opposite. Not only does the temperature of the goods fail to drop (or not rise), but the goods are damaged or deteriorated.
The cold air blown by the refrigeration unit will change the temperature of the goods, and the moisture of the goods will be lost, which will cause the quality of the goods to change, which will lead to the deterioration of the quality of the goods, the shortening of the storage period, and even the corruption of the goods. It is very possible that the fresh beans you pull will be more "dry" and the weight will be reduced a lot, causing trouble. This is why refrigerated trucks generally go to cold storage to pull goods, and rarely go to the field to pull goods directly.
2. The refrigeration unit is mainly insulated
The refrigerated truck is not a cold storage. In the concept of many people, the refrigerating unit on the refrigerated truck can freeze or heat the goods loaded in the compartment to the necessary temperature at will. In fact, the refrigeration unit is used to maintain the temperature of the goods, not to reduce the temperature of the goods. It is a bit similar to the quilt used in selling cold drinks in the past. It wraps the goods. When the outside temperature enters the compartment of the refrigerated truck through radiation, conduction, and convection, it will be taken away by the cold air blown out by the refrigeration unit to isolate the heat source from entering the goods.
3. The carriage must be pre-cooled or pre-heated before loading
Before loading, the carriage must be pre-cooled or pre-heated for about 1.5 hours. Because the vehicle is parked in the open air, the temperature of the vehicle compartment is usually the temperature of the outside environment. Generally speaking, the temperature of the goods being transported cannot be the ambient temperature. If it is, there is no need for refrigerated truck transportation. When the goods are loaded into the carriage, the ambient temperature in the carriage will affect the temperature of the goods being transported, which will cause the quality of the goods to be changed. Therefore, the carriage must be pre-cooled to the necessary temperature before loading.
4. Turn off the refrigerator assembly and unload
The refrigeration unit must be turned off when loading and unloading. Many people do not turn off the refrigeration unit when loading and unloading goods, thinking that this will make the temperature of the goods rise more slowly. In fact, this is a very wrong understanding.
If the refrigeration unit is not turned off, when the car door is opened, because the fan of the refrigeration unit evaporator is working, the fan blows out the cold air from the upper part of the car, and the lower part will quickly suck in the hot air from outside, causing the temperature inside the car to rise rapidly ; If the cargo is loaded and unloaded after the machine is shut down, since the fan is in the stopped state, the air flow stops, and the air pressure inside and outside the compartment is the same, and the hot air outside enters more slowly.
5. Keep the cold air circulation in the compartment when placing the goods
When placing the goods, we must take into account the cold air circulation in the refrigerated compartment. The goods should preferably be stacked on double-sided pallets. The fresh-keeping pallets cannot be covered with plastic film, which will block the circulating cold air flow to the goods. It is better to leave a distance of more than 23cm between the top of the carriage and the cargo. The floor of a refrigerated truck generally has grooves for ventilation, but some do not. If not, double-sided pallets should be used for loading to ensure the cold air flow at the bottom of the floor.
