1. Always check the oil environment of the important assemblies of the concrete mixer truck: engine, transmission, braking system, power steering system, etc., to see if the oil in each liquid storage tank is between the upper and lower scale lines. The oil should be added in time at the lower tick mark, and the added oil must be the same brand and type of oil as the original one, so as not to mix them together and cause chemical reactions and deteriorate the oil. If the oil level drops rapidly, it means there is leakage in the system, and the leaking part needs to be checked and repaired in time.
2. Pay attention to the wear and tear of brake pads and clutch pads and replace them in real time: Brake pads and clutch pads are consumables, which will be worn out after a period of use, and the original results will be lost. For safety, it is best to install an electronic signal sensor. When there is 1.5 mm left in the friction pads, the brake indicator light on the dashboard will light up, which reminds the driver to replace the friction pads. If it is rainy and wet, the friction pads will absorb moisture, and the friction force will be significantly reduced. When starting, first step on the brakes and clutch a few times, and the heat generated by the friction will evaporate the water on the friction pads.
3. Four-wheel alignment is very important: if you feel something strange when you turn the steering wheel of the concrete mixer, you should go to the repair shop to check the four-wheel alignment and make corresponding adjustments.
4. Maintenance of concrete mixer truck tires: Always check the air pressure of the tires, especially in summer, if the air pressure is too high, it is easy to blow the tire; if the pressure is too low, the resistance will increase, and the fuel consumption will increase accordingly. Change the front and rear tires after driving a certain mileage, because the load-bearing weight and wear of the two are not equal, and the front and rear tires are changed with each other, which can prolong the service life of the concrete mixer tire and save the cost of the vehicle.
