It is mainly because this kind of electric conduction can collect and store more electrostatic charge with the action of capacitance, and there is no fixed movement track in the oil tank, and it is easy to get close to the tank wall or other accessories in the oil tank, forming an appropriate discharge gap.According to the test, once this phenomenon is formed, as long as the potential difference with liquid level is 1-2kv, spark discharge (ordinary liquid level is 28-30kv) may be generated, and the discharge energy is strong, which can release all the stored energy at one time.

For the valve on the oil tank, air valve, tank lid sealing ring, etc. should always be in good condition to prevent oil leakage or overflow, in case of static electricity jump fire and fire.

Before oil loading and unloading, the tank car and the oil loading and unloading equipment shall be bonded together with electrostatic wires (the tank car shall be bonded with electrostatic wires).
