The main function of the refrigeration unit is refrigeration. The cold air is distributed to all corners of the compartment through the wind to ensure a stable and low temperature inside the compartment and maintain the freshness of the transported goods. In the frequently used refrigeration unit, the compressor keeps working for a long time, and there are more impurities in the compartment, which will cause the compressor to lock and damage the refrigeration system. For this reason, in addition to the normal cleaning, the refrigeration unit generally takes the initiative to perform a comprehensive maintenance after the vehicle has traveled 2000 kilometers.

Regularly check whether the refrigeration system is stable, adjust the belt and bracket of the refrigeration compressor in time, and replace the drying bottle. Always check the circuit facilities inside the cabinet to prevent the power cord from being damaged, exposed, or immersed in water, causing the wire to break. The refrigeration unit is hot and cold alternately, and some heating lighting equipment is easily damaged and should be replaced in time. If the refrigeration unit is not used for much time in winter, or if the refrigeration unit is not used for many months for other reasons, the operation should be started once a month, and the operation time is about 10 minutes each time.

The refrigerated compartment body is composed of heat insulation material polystyrene foam or polyurethane foam and extruded polystyrene foam, glass steel material or aluminum alloy, color steel plate, and steel frame. Pay attention to safe driving and parking at ordinary times to prevent the car body from being squeezed and injured, which will affect the stability of the car body and the effect of heat preservation. The cargo should be handled with care to avoid damage to the inner surface caused by sharp cargo or packing boxes. The refrigerated truck should be parked in a cool place when it is hot in summer, and in the carport on rainy days. The surface of the refrigerated car body is easy to be stained with dirt, so the dirt and dust should be cleaned in time. 

The maintenance of the inner surface of the refrigerated truck is very important. After each transportation task, the stains should be cleaned, especially the eight corners and the rear door. Frequently scrub the sealing strip with warm water to keep the sealing strip elastic. Do a good job in the temperature control inside the compartment to prevent the surface of the compartment from freezing. The refrigerated food should be packaged and sealed as much as possible to reduce the evaporation of water into the compartment and reduce the possibility of internal icing. If the inner surface of the refrigerated truck is icy, use a deicing shovel to remove the goods in time after leaving the compartment on the same day. Use a soft cotton cloth dampened with a non-corrosive detergent to scrub the inner and outer surfaces of the refrigerator, and then dry it with a dry cloth. Do not use organic solvents, hot water, washing powder, etc. to clean it. Remember to cut off the power before each cleaning.
