3. After the cylinder has worked 300 times, all the working oil should be replaced. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the hydraulic oil tank, and then inject new oil from the upper oil filling hole, then start the engine, and test run each oil cylinder twice to confirm that it works reliably.
4. High-pressure oil pipes are regularly replaced every two years. If cracks, damage, or shoulder swelling are found during use, they should be replaced in time.
5. Frequently check the oil leakage of the hydraulic system, and repair and replace the oil seal in time.
6. Lubrication adopts automobile general lithium-based grease (GB5671-85), which can be driven in from the nozzle with a grease gun until it is extruded from the gap.
7. Clean the inner surface of the whole truck, the box and the tampon after the daily operation. Check the stock of hydraulic oil frequently, add lubricating oil to each moving part and apply lubricating oil to the surface of each rail regularly.
8. Regularly check and adjust the working pressure of the gear oil pump; check the filter element of the oil filter, remove surface impurities or replace the filter element; replace the hydraulic oil regularly.
