1, Cooling system
In the winter season, the garbage truck should be cleaned and maintained. The garbage truck should be cleaned once every 6 to 8 months. If the temperature is too high or leaks, clean it. Prevent corrosion, leaks from seals and tanks, and replace old coolant.


2, Gearbox
Usually the garbage truck needs to clean the gearbox every time it travels 800 to 1000 kilometers. If the gearbox of the garbage truck is slipping, the temperature is too high, the gear shift is slow and leakage occurs, it should be cleaned and maintained. Clean up oil and impurities, maintain normal elasticity of the gasket and O-ring, increase power output, and replace old transmission oil.


3, Brake system
Every time the garbage truck travels 800 kilometers, it needs to clean and maintain its brake system. Clean up the harmful substances inside the system, avoid the unstable temperature and the system malfunctions, prevent the brake fluid from deteriorating, and replace it in time.


4, Lubrication system
The lubrication system acts as a lubricant for the various parts of the garbage truck, avoiding excessive wear and premature aging. Under normal circumstances, the garbage truck should be cleaned every 5,000 to 10,000 kilometers. If the engine of the garbage truck has excessive noise, the power is insufficient, and it should be cleaned and maintained when the water temperature is too high. Usually pay attention to clean the oil and debris inside the engine to prevent the wear of the engine components, thereby improving its working efficiency and increasing the service life.


5, Fuel system
Under normal circumstances, when the garbage truck travels 800 to 1000 kilometers, its fuel system must be cleaned and maintained. If the engine is shaking or the acceleration is not good, and the power is insufficient or the fuel is consumed, it should be cleaned and maintained. Clean the dirt and carbon deposits inside the system to reduce wear and keep the engine in good working condition.


6, Steering system
Every time the garbage truck travels 1000 to 2000 kilometers, its power system must be cleaned and maintained. If the steering system of the garbage truck leaks, replace the accessories of the power steering machine to clean the internal impurities. If noise occurs, the brake steering fluid needs to be replaced.
