1. The quality and slump of the concrete transported by the mixer truck must meet the standards and requirements of the concrete industry.

2. If a small mixer truck runs on the road, the extended trough on it must be placed on the support of the discharge chute and fixed with a hook. It is not allowed to hang on the main discharge chute to work, and the main discharge chute must be rotated to be fixed. Pull down the positioning handle, and use the locking handle to lock the spring luffing structure to avoid shaking due to unfixed, causing injury and other accidents.

3. The continuous working time of the equipment on the mixer truck cannot exceed 8 hours.

4. The loading tank of the large mixer truck cannot be stopped during the concrete transportation process, otherwise it will cause the concrete to condense, and the hydraulic system and reducer will be impacted when restarted after the stop, and the hydraulic pump and motor will be damaged.

5. When the mixer truck is unloading, if it is found that the concrete moisture has evaporated too much and the slump is too low to meet the quality requirements, you can add water to the tank appropriately, and then rotate it at a speed of 10-14 rpm for 30 minutes Then discharge the material and let the concrete mix fully.

6. The mixer truck should not stop when loading the tank body under no load. Otherwise, the shaking of the vehicle during the driving process will easily cause part of the raceway and the supporting wheel to collide, so that the supporting wheel and the raceway will be damaged prematurely.

7. The driver of the mixer truck should remember that the water in the pressure tank must be filled up frequently during the work process. It is necessary to open the air valve to release the internal air before adding water to the tank, and after washing the vehicle or when it is out of service. Let the air out of the water tank. In winter, the water in the water tank should be drained after the work is finished. There must be no leftover water, otherwise the water tank will easily freeze and damage the water tank.

8. When the concrete mixer truck is full of concrete, the tank rotates forward. If you need to reverse, you must wait for the tank to stop before turning the handle to the reverse position.
