Refrigerated trucks are key equipment in an important link in low-temperature cold chain logistics. Reliable operation and stable performance of refrigerated trucks during refrigerated transportation are the key to ensuring the safety of perishable and fresh food during transportation. The road transport refrigerated truck usually consists of three parts: the truck chassis, the thermal insulation box, and the refrigeration unit. Therefore, the choice of refrigerated trucks should also start from these three parts.

(1) The choice of refrigerated truck chassis:

It is relatively easy to choose a truck chassis. Because we can only choose the truck chassis that meets the national standards of environmental protection in my country's truck sales announcement, no matter the size of the tonnage, the domestic or imported truck chassis, all have the same requirements. For the truck chassis, whether the customer buys it by himself or entrusts the truck body manufacturers buy the same.

(2) The choice of the refrigerated compartment body:

The choice of the compartment body is related to the specific goods to be transported. Different goods have different requirements for the truck body. For example, refrigerated trucks that transport fresh meat need to be customized with hooks on the truck body; Refrigerated cooling trucks for distribution to stores have small batches, many varieties, and require multi-temperature-layer refrigerated trucks; different temperature requirements and frequent loading and unloading require more doors for refrigerated trucks. All of these, users can customize to the truck body factory according to specific needs.

(3) Selection of refrigeration units for refrigerated trucks:

(a) According to the size of the refrigerated compartment: you can choose an independent unit or a non-independent unit. Generally speaking, the car body above 6 meters is suitable for choosing an independent unit, and the size of the independent unit can be determined according to the length of the car body. A non-independent unit should be used for the car body below 6 meters, where the temperature of the car body refers to -20 ℃.

(b) According to the temperature requirements of the goods transported by the refrigerated truck: a cryogenic unit or a fresh-keeping unit can be selected. In terms of price, cryogenics are more expensive, and fresh-keeping units are relatively cheap. For cheap fresh-keeping units, the unit itself does not have a defrosting function. Even if some fresh-keeping units claim to be able to reach minus ten degrees, it is an exaggeration.

(c) According to the requirements of refrigerated truck distribution: For example, refrigerated trucks are used for point-by-point distribution of ice cream in cities, then you must choose cold storage refrigeration units or independent units, only long-distance or long-distance point-by-point distribution in the city, it is suitable to use the fan refrigeration unit.

(d) According to the origin and brand of the refrigerator: imported or domestic brands can be selected. I also want to tell you that, no matter domestic or imported units, you must pay attention to whether the temperature sensor of the unit can be installed in the return air position of the evaporator, because the temperature sensor of the unit is installed in the return air or exhaust air position. Temperature readings will differ by 5°C.
