1. The operation method of the computer tax-controlled refueling machine of the mobile refueling truck: when the mobile refueling truck is refueling, lift the oil gun, the switch sends a signal to the computer device, the computer device sends a power-on signal, starts the motor, opens the solenoid valve, and turns the original display board. Data is cleared. Then, after the motor drives the oil pump to pressurize, it is sent to the oil and gas separator for oil and gas separation. The gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the pressure oil enters the measuring transducer, and is injected into the oil receiving container through the solenoid valve, the electrostatic conducting hose, and the oil gun. At the same time, after the pressure oil is measured by the measuring transducer, the mechanical movement is converted into an electrical pulse signal by the sensor. If you want to refuel the preset, first input the preset number from the keyboard, then lift the gun to refuel. When the added amount reaches the preset value, close the solenoid valve and the motor and stop refueling.

2. When supplying power to the fuel dispenser, ensure that the voltage is within the range of DC10V~DC30V, so as to avoid the peak voltage from burning out the computer components.

3. Since the pump supplying fuel to the tanker is provided by the car, in order to ensure stable pressure, the automobile pipeline should have its own overflow valve. If not, it should be specified when ordering, and the tanker is required to have an overflow valve to avoid damage. 

4. When using the oil gun (automatic return reel of the oil dispenser), avoid hitting the oil receiving container with the oil filling pipe of the oil gun, pressing the switch and other incorrect operations, which may damage the root of the oil filling pipe and cause oil leakage. To check regularly, tighten the stop screw on the oil injection pipe to prevent the root of the oil injection pipe from loosening and damaging.

5. The oil tank should be cleaned regularly to keep the oil clean.

6. The metrological verification of the fuel dispenser shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of JJG443-2006 "Regulations for the Metrological Verification of Fuel Dispensers".

7. A filter is installed in front of the oil inlet of the tanker. Due to the different oil conditions in different places, the replacement cycle of the filter cannot be clearly specified; when the flow of the tanker suddenly decreases, please replace the filter; If the flow is still abnormal, please check whether other components affect the flow. If it affects the flow, replace it in time.
