3) After the synchronous chip sealer is filled with asphalt and gravel, start slowly and keep driving at a medium speed to the construction site. During transportation, all platforms are prohibited from standing by people, the power take-off must be out of gear, and the use of burners is prohibited during driving. valve.

4) After being transported to the construction site, if the temperature of the asphalt in the tank body of the synchronous sealing layer cannot reach the spraying requirements. The asphalt must be heated, and the asphalt pump can be turned during the asphalt heating process to achieve a uniform temperature increase.

5) After the asphalt in the tank reaches the spraying requirements, drive the synchronous sealing truck to the rear nozzle and stop at about 1.5-2m from the starting point of the operation. According to the construction requirements, you can choose the front control automatic spraying and the background control manual spraying operation. The intermediate platform prohibits the station person from keeping a constant speed and slamming the accelerator.

6) When the operation is completed or the construction site is changed halfway, the filter, asphalt pump, pipeline and nozzle must be cleaned.

7) After cleaning the last truck every day, the truck must be collected after the operation.

8) All the remaining asphalt in the tank must be put clean.
