At present, the domestic industry infrastructure projects gradually increased, the modernization of construction can not be separated from concrete, and the use of concrete can not be separated from concrete mixer. Concrete is provided by concrete dry mixing station, and then transported by concrete mixing transporter to the construction site.

The truck has reasonable structure, advanced technology, convenient operation, reliable work and high efficiency, and has been widely popularized in the concrete transportation industry.

Concrete mixing transporter is mainly composed of mixer chassis, Force collector, hydraulic system, reducer, front and rear bracket, mixing cylinder, control system, cleaning system, sub-frame, inlet and outlet device, etc.

1) Mixer Chassis
The mixer chassis is produced by the automobile factory, it is the support part of the whole loading, can walk on its own, is one of the core assembly parts of the whole vehicle.

2) Force collector
The Force collector is a power output device, which is to remove the engine power on the basis of not changing all the properties inherent in the original car, and drive the hydraulic pump work through the coupling, so as to realize the functions of feeding, stirring, discharge and so on.

3) Mixing Cylinder 

The shape structure of the mixing cylinder is the cone at both ends and the middle cylinder, which is mainly composed of cylindrical body, connecting flange, raceway and stirring blade. Depending on the size of the stirring volume consists of a single cone or double cone, the section is enclosed by a head and welded to the flange. The rear cone has a loop that is welded on a circumference perpendicular to the surface of the stirring cylinder.

Two continuous banded spiral blades are symmetrically welded from the cylinder to the inner wall of the bottom of the tube, and in order to enhance the stirring effect, an auxiliary stirring blade is added between the middle and lower two spiral blades of the mixing cylinder.

4) Inlet and outlet device
Mainly by the inlet hopper, unloading hopper, sliding groove and lifting mechanism, etc., mainly to complete the mixing of good concrete loading and unloading, it is installed in the tail of the mixer.

5) Sub-frame 

The sub-frame is the base part of the whole mixer, carrying the weight of the whole loading and concrete. Fixed to the car chassis by U-shaped bolts and connecting plates.

The cushion between the sub-frame and the main beam of the automobile has the effect of damping and fighting the rubber strip.

6) Front and rear bracket
The front and rear bracket is the main supporting part of the mixing cylinder, and the angle of the plane on the front and rear of the bracket determines the mounting angle of the mixing cylinder.

7) Reducer
The reducer is the supporting part and the power component of the mixing cylinder, which drives the mixing cylinder to rotate and act as a deceleration.

8) Operating system 

The manipulation system mainly controls the steering of the mixing cylinder and the speed of the mixing cylinder. The steering control of the mixing cylinder is driven by the lever drive of the control system to drive the variable cylinder swing rod of the hydraulic pump to realize the change of direction, and if the pendulum angle of the variable rod is increased or changed, the flow rate of the pump can be adjusted slightly. The speed control of the mixing cylinder mainly pulls the chassis engine throttle pull line by manipulating the system lever, increases or reduces the engine speed to adjust the speed of the hydraulic pump, thus adjusting the flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and realizes the feeding, unloading, stirring and stopping function of the mixing cylinder.
