3. The driver should be familiar with the mechanical performance and manual of the truck-mounted crane, and operate according to the requirements in the manual.
4. The driver can start the operation only after receiving a clear signal from the commander. Before the action, the bell should be sounded. If the signal is unclear, do not operate the truck crane at will.
5. No one should stay or walk under the boom when lifting. The boom and objects must keep a safe distance from overhead wires to prevent accidents.
6. When the wire rope sling is hung up and the wire rope of the hoisting hook is taut, the operator should immediately stay away from the hoisting heavy object, and should not stand under the boom to prevent the heavy object from falling and the arm falling and hurting people.
7. When lifting at full load or near full load, it is strictly forbidden to lower the boom or perform two actions at the same time.
8. Lifting heavy objects is strictly prohibited from falling freely, and the falling of heavy objects should be controlled by handbrake or footbrake to descend slowly.
9. When changing the elevation angle of the boom, it must run with no load, and cannot do other actions at the same time when luffing.
10. It is forbidden to do rapid rotation to prevent the difficulty of placing objects in place and the danger of excessive centrifugal force of heavy objects caused by too fast rotation.
11. Follow the commander's signal during operation. When the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, the operation should be suspended.
12. It is strictly forbidden to slant and lift objects buried in the ground or condensed on the ground or equipment.
13. When the truck-mounted crane stops working, put down the lifting object, brake the brake, put the control lever in neutral, and lock the switch.
14. The lifting object should pull the rope, and the speed should be uniform. It is forbidden to brake suddenly and change direction. The translation should be more than 0.5M above the obstacle.
