1. European standard manhole cover

This configuration is common to all tank trucks, and its functions and features are as follows:

a. Different pressure parameters can be set according to needs to ensure reliable breathing function and emergency discharge function.

b. Breathing function: When the pressure in the tank body of the refueling truck is higher than the external pressure by 6-8 gigapascals or lower than the external pressure by 2-3 gigapascals, the breathing valve will automatically open, so that the gas inside and outside the tank can pass through, which can reduce the internal and external pressure. The pressure difference plays a role of safety protection. When the difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure is -2-6 gigapascals, the breathing valve is closed to keep proper pressure in the tank to avoid the volatilization and waste of oil.

c. Emergency ventilation, when the refueling truck is accidentally in a high temperature environment, the pressure in the tank is effectively released to prevent the tank from exploding. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the external pressure by 21-32 gigapascals, the emergency exhaust device starts to work, and its maximum exhaust volume reaches 7000 cubic meters per hour, which can effectively prevent the explosion of the tanker from occurring.

d. Dumping and overflow prevention. In the event of an accident, the anti-overflow stopper in the breathing valve automatically seals the passage to prevent the risk of oil leakage.

e. Two-stage opening: After the tank lid is fully opened, the pressure in the tank is first released.

f. Three auxiliary openings can be used to install oil measuring holes, anti-overflow probes, and oil and gas recovery valves.

g. Can be equipped with locks according to user requirements.

2. Oil-gas recovery valve

a. The oil-gas recovery valve is a device that recovers the oil-gas generated when loading and unloading oil. Its functions and characteristics are as follows:

b. When the refueling truck is filled with oil, the oil and gas recovery valve is opened, and the rising liquid level pushes the oil and gas upward, and returns to the oil tank in the reservoir area through a series of oil and gas recovery systems.

c. When unloading oil, the recovery valve allows the recovered gas to enter the tank, and in systems without oil and gas recovery facilities, allows air to enter the tank.

d. High sealing performance ensures the safety of oil transportation.

e. Reasonable valve body design ensures the high efficiency of oil and gas recovery.

3. API

a.The bottom-loading valve is also called the oil drain valve, which is installed under the side of the refueling truck and used for quick oil unloading. Its functions are as follows:

c. The flat-bottomed structure of the outlet ensures that all liquid is discharged and reduces environmental pollution.

d. The two-stage fixed aluminum alloy push rod clearly shows the position of the valve.

e. Fluorine rubber seal, suitable for high-octane fuel and additives.

f. The internal structure of fluidics design, the pressure drops to a minimum when the flow rate is large.

g. The stainless steel control shaft, spring, cam and valve stem ensure the service life.

4. Subsea valve
