There are three ways to unfold the top of the mobile stage truck: single-sided expansion, double-sided expansion and three-sided expansion. Generally speaking, the same chassis with three-sided expansion structure has the largest stage area and the smallest unfolded area on one side. Here are three different ways to expand.

Single-sided expansion

Single-sided deployment is divided into half-lifting of the top plate and overall top-lifting. The half-lifting of the top plate generally adopts 8 hydraulic cylinders for automatic lifting, 4 hydraulic outriggers to fix the body, and multiple ordinary outriggers to support the stage. Arranged on the left side, the top plate is divided into left and right top plates from the middle. The two are connected by hydraulic cylinders. The left top plate and the left side plate are fixed. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the left side plate and the bottom plate are parallel to form the stage ceiling. The ceiling can be fixed in two rows. The light frame, the built-in folding stage board is extended outwards by two hydraulic cylinders to form the main stage. The left and right sides of the main stage are fixed with 1.5-meter-wide auxiliary stage boards for sound, power amplifier, etc.; the other kind of top board is raised as a whole It uses 12 oil cylinders to fully automatically unfold, 4 hydraulic outriggers to fix the body, the platform is on the left side, the left side plate and the top plate are connected by two hydraulic cylinders, which are expanded under the action of the hydraulic cylinders to form the stage ceiling, and the ceiling passes through 4 vertical heels. The hydraulic cylinders and 4 positioning columns are lifted up by 1.3 meters. The built-in folding stage board is expanded by two hydraulic cylinders to form the main stage. The left and right sides of the main stage are fixed with 1.5-meter-wide auxiliary stage boards for sound, Power amplifier and so on.

Double-sided expansion

In this way, 16 oil cylinders are used for fully automatic deployment, and 4 hydraulic outriggers are used to fix the body. The left and right sides of the truck body are connected to the top plate by two oil cylinders and can be expanded to form a ceiling with the top plate. The ceiling is passed through 4 vertical hydraulic cylinders. And 4 guide pillars are lifted up by 1.3 meters. The ceiling can also hang light frames and curtains. The built-in folding stage boards on the left and right sides are expanded by two hydraulic cylinders, parallel to the bottom plate to form a performance stage board. Can be used as a stage port for performances.

Three-sided expansion

In this way, 18 hydraulic cylinders are used for fully automatic deployment, and 4 hydraulic outriggers are used to fix the body. The left and right side panels are connected to the roof by 4 hydraulic cylinders to form a roof. The roof is lifted upwards by 4 vertical hydraulic cylinders and 4 guide columns. Different from the two-sided expansion, the 4 hydraulic cylinders and 4 guide columns are close to the front of the carriage. The front and rear rows of hydraulic cylinders are about 1.1 meters apart. They can be used as dressing rooms. The built-in folding plates on the left and right sides each pass through two hydraulic cylinders. Unfolded, parallel to the bottom plate, forming the main stage, the back door can be turned down 90 degrees through the hydraulic cylinder, and flush with the bottom plate, forming a T-shaped stage, or manually set up stage boards on the left and right sides of the T-shaped stage to complement it.

Among the above three expansion methods, the single-sided expansion stage has an area of up to 30 square meters, the two-sided expansion stage has an area of 40 square meters, and the three-sided expansion stage generally has an area of 36-48 square meters.
