1. Garbage hopper

The garbage hopper of the compression garbage truck is welded with 8mm, 5mm, 4mm, 16Mn steel plates. The channel steel at the bottom of the box is not only the installation and connection base of the steel body structure, but also the support of the push plate. Portability maximizes the effective space of the box and lowers the center of gravity of the structure.

The bottom plate of the car box is a fully sealed structure, the sewage is corroded, and all the accumulated water in the car box flows into the sewage tank to avoid corrosion of the box body and the chassis of the car, and to avoid leakage of sewage to the roadside during driving, effectively preventing secondary pollution.

2. Garbage loader

Garbage loader on compactor garbage truck is composed of frame-shaped skeleton, guide rail, arc-shaped hopper, scraper, slide plate, negative pressure plate and light cover. Through the sequential action of the scraper cylinder, slide cylinder and negative pressure plate, the function of circulating the materials in the hopper into the carriage is realized. There are eight rollers on both sides of the skateboard, which have low friction coefficient, high strength, and can swing slightly to ensure the long-term use of the guide rail without wear and tear.

The filler is also the sealing device at the rear of the compartment, and the opening and closing actions are realized through the lifting cylinder, the sliding hinge and the locking device. The bottom of the filler is provided with a sewage tank, and the accumulated water inside the carriage and the excess accumulated water in the hopper all flow into the sewage tank. When unloading, all the sewage in the sewage tank can be discharged by itself or manually.

3. Turning mechanism

According to the user's needs, a barrel turning mechanism, a turning mechanism or a turning mechanism can be selected. The mechanism adopts hydraulic double-action double-cylinder turning, and the iron barrel or plastic barrel is locked by the system during the turning process, which is safe, stable, strong, and reasonable in structure.

Note; when the whole vehicle is moving, the mechanism is turned up to facilitate normal driving.

4. Hydraulic system

The action of the hydraulic cylinder of the vehicle adopts a circuit to control the air circuit, the air circuit valve controls the cylinder, the cylinder operates the hydraulic multi-way valve, and the hydraulic multi-way valve controls the action of the oil cylinder. The operation is simple and reliable. At the same time, it also has manual direct operation hydraulic multi-way valve, and has two-way control of single hydraulic system.

The hydraulic system is composed of oil tank and filter system, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe and so on. The power of the system comes from the engine, and the power is separated through the power take-off, which drives the gear pump to work.

The gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank through the oil suction filter, and the multi-way valve (located behind the cab and at the front of the carriage) supplies oil. When the multi-way valve is working, the negative pressure plate oil cylinder, slide plate oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder, lifting bucket oil cylinder or push plate oil cylinder will be activated. When the hydraulic oil cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil will directly return to the oil tank through the multi-way valve.
