1. The cooling fan does not rotate

Under normal circumstances, the mixer truck is not prone to excessive water temperature, but if there is a problem with the cooling fan, the water temperature will easily rise.

2. The thermostat is damaged

Damage to the thermostat can also easily cause the water temperature to be too high. At this time, you need to replace the thermostat. Replacement method: remove the thermostat and plug the small loop first, so as to ensure that all the coolant is dissipated by the water tank; install a new thermostat Note that there is a water hole when the device is used. If not, use a 6mm drill bit to drill one. One function is for marking, and the other function is to produce a temperature difference between the two sides of the thermostat during the heating process of the vehicle to make the thermostat follow the water temperature accurately turn on.

3. The water tank is blocked.

The blockage of the water tank will also cause the water temperature to rise. The solution: external blockage, use water or air to remove the dirt; internal blockage will affect the circulation of the coolant, and at the same time will generate pressure, there will be two results at this time, one is The water tank is leaking, and the other is that the water temperature is extremely high when driving at high speed.

4. Water pump failure

There are generally two reasons for water pump failure: one is that the impeller is slipping or stuck causing the belt to break, and the other is that the impeller is deformed.

5. Cylinder erosion

Cylinder corrosion generally has four reasons: the combustion chamber and the water channel are flushed, and the drain pipe will drain or discharge white smoke at this time, causing the water tank to be constantly short of water; the water channel and the oil channel are flushed (the engine oil is white with water); The flushing of the water channel causes poor heat dissipation of the cylinder, especially at high speed; the blockage of the water channel will also cause the cylinder to be damaged.
