Therefore, in addition to the routine maintenance of the automobile engine and chassis, the concrete mixer truck must also clean the concrete storage tank (mixing drum) and the inlet and outlet ports as well as the maintenance of the mixing maintenance drive device.

1. After each concrete delivery, clean the tank and hopper in time to reduce the agglomeration of concrete on the three-piece set, reduce equipment downtime, and reduce the intensity of maintenance work.

2. Stagger the production peak, timely repair the parts of the feed hopper, the eight-character trough, and the unloading hopper, and install the tank mouth to reduce the leakage of slurry and material caused by the equipment in the process of feeding and discharging, so as to ensure the integrity of the equipment. On the basis of this, we can ensure the cleanliness of the equipment to the greatest extent and improve the company's image.

3. In the off-season of year-end production, arrange a reasonable time to clean up the concrete built up inside the tank body of the mixer truck, check the wear of the three-piece suit, and replace the three-piece suit in time for the severely worn vehicles to ensure the continuity of the mixer truck in the next operation.

Increasing the intensity of equipment maintenance is to reduce the intensity of equipment maintenance. Specifically, from the perspective of maintenance methods, construction machinery can be divided into the following three categories:

1. Repair afterwards. 

Repairs only when construction machinery breaks down during use are called post-maintenance. When the production stop loss is small and the fault can be eliminated by adjusting or replacing the wearing parts, it is more economical to adopt this maintenance method.

2. Preventive maintenance. 

From the point of view of prevention, preventive maintenance and repair before failure occurs is called preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance includes three aspects of daily maintenance, equipment inspection and preventive repair. Routine maintenance can prevent or postpone the deterioration of construction machinery, regularly or irregularly inspect, monitor and diagnose construction machinery, find fault signs in time, repair them, and avoid sudden stoppage losses.

3. Improve maintenance. 

This method is based on the results of fault records and condition monitoring, while repairing the faulty part, the performance or local structure of the construction machinery is improved. It aims to overcome the inherent shortcomings of the construction machinery, improve the performance of the equipment, and reduce the failure, but it cannot compensate for the failure of the construction machinery. Invisible wear. Due to the particularity of the concrete industry and the shortage of the company's equipment, under the current situation, our company's mixing plants mostly adopt the repair method afterwards. Judging from the effect of equipment operation, the attendance rate of the mixing vehicle has been guaranteed to a greater extent, and the equipment maintenance cost has been greatly reduced. However, this equipment maintenance method also has its limitations. In the early stage of equipment operation, adopting this equipment management method is like killing chickens and harvesting eggs. The short-term cost reduction is at the expense of long-term maintenance costs. From another perspective, think of equipment assets in terms of capital flow. The initial small-scale equipment maintenance or equipment damage and a small amount of early repair costs are invested in exchange for long-term stable output of equipment; on the other hand Therefore, the cost of safety is unpredictable for the operation of equipment with "sickness", and the maintenance of equipment at this cost is questionable. If only from the equipment point of view, preventive maintenance seems to be the most reasonable method. However, when the equipment is busy in production, it is worth considering whether the increase in costs brought about by this method is worthwhile. Taking into account the maintenance cost and the opportunity cost of equipment operation is an aspect that must be considered in the management of concrete mixer trucks. Timely and regularly monitor the operation status of the equipment, feed back the status of the equipment, and maintain the equipment in a timely and reasonable manner. The flexible use of three maintenance methods can find the balance between the equipment attendance rate and the lowest maintenance cost, and maximize the company's profit.
