First introduced is the disassembly method of the sprinkler pump:
1. Locate the oil drain screw and unscrew it. Open the drain valve and drain the remaining liquid from the pump and the oil in the gearbox. The water in the sprinkler pump is not allowed to pour out the clothes.
2. Remove the pipe and the base bolt one by one, remove the pump, and remove the inlet flange. When removing the flange, remember to install the inlet and outlet of the pump to facilitate the docking of the inlet and outlet during installation.
3. Remove the impeller. First unscrew the impeller nut, then remove the coupling nut of the sprinkler pump and the gear box, and then use the M12 bolt to slowly open the M12 bolt screwed into the screw hole. At this time, the pump body and the gear box are simultaneously opened, first The stage impeller automatically disengages, and the second stage impeller, the mechanical seal is separated from the pump body together with the gear box.
4. Remove the gearbox cover and input bearing cap, drive the input bearing from the pump body side, and finally remove the drive gear from the top of the box.
The installation method of the sprinkler pump and the disassembly steps are relative, just pay attention to the following points:
1. Before installation, remove the feet on both sides of the sprinkler pump, align the pump shaft with the coupling, tighten the four bolts on the gear box, and then install the legs.
2. Pay attention to the position of the oil seal and adjust the position of the impeller. Do not rub it into the cabinet when it is rotating.
3. The inlet and outlet pipes of the sprinkler pump must be fastened to the body, and the weight cannot be taken up by the pump. A filter should also be installed in the pipe.
