Common faults and troubleshooting methods of boom lifter truck:
Fault 10: The turntable cannot turn
Reasons: (1) the overflow pressure of the relief valve is too low or completely out of order
(2) the oil pump or rotary motor is not functioning properly
(3) the pinion and the tooth circle are not well meshed
(4) the worm gear reducer is not functioning properly (5) the reversing valve is out of order
Remedy: (1) overhaul or adjustment
(2) or repair or replacement
(3) adjustment according to regulations
(4) or correction or replacement
(5) overhaul or replacement
Fault 11: The working arm does not rise
Reasons: (1) The overflow pressure of the relief valve is too low
(2) The pipeline is blocked, and the oil is blocked
(3) The oil cylinder is seriously leaking.
(4) The reversing valve fails.
Remedy: (1) Pressure regulation
(2) Check section by section, remove stolen goods, turn the oil pump mechanism without manipulation, loosen the pipe joints one by one to check whether there is oil injection, and find out the specific position of the blocked pipeline.

Fault 12: The working arm does not fall
Reasons: (1) The control pressure in the balance valve is too high
(2) The pipeline is blocked and the oil is blocked
(3) The reversing valve fails
Remedy: (1) Adjust the pressure of the balance valve
(2) Exclude if the working arm does not rise
(3) Repair or replace
Fault 13: Vibration when the arm is dropped
Reasons: (1) There is air in the cylinder barrel
(2) Improper adjustment of the speed limit valve
Remedy: (1) Exhaust air according to the maintenance method

Fault 14: The luffing cylinder cannot be locked
Reasons: (1) There are scratches or foreign objects on the cone surface of the balance valve and the oil seal cover of the valve seat
(2) The spring of the balance valve is broken and stuck
(3) The joint oil leaks
(4) The oil cylinder leaks
Remedy: (1) repair or replacement

Fault 15: The cylinder piston rod extends out and leaks oil
Reason: (1) the sealing ring is damaged
(2) the piston rod is scratched
Remedy: (1) Replace the oil seal

Fault 16: Insufficient traffic
Reasons: (1) The engine speed is too low
(2) The oil pump is seriously worn
Exclusion methods: (1) appropriate acceleration
(2) repair or replacement
Fault 17: Making noise
Reasons: (1) The oil suction pipe joint is loose and the air is sucked in
(2) The viscosity of the oil is too high
(3) The speed of the pump is too high
(4) There is air in the oil tank and the oil circuit system
(5) The connection between the pump shaft and the transmission device of the power take-off box is not concentric (6) The quality of the pump is not good , uneven movement, the phenomenon of trapped oil is not well eliminated or the plunger stuck will make noise.
(7) The pipe edge or components are not well tightened, and the pipe clamp is loose. ⑻ Oil temperature is too low.
Remedy: (1) Tighten the joint
(2) Change the specified oil
(3) Reduce the rotation speed
(4) Exhaust the air
(5) Reinstall and adjust
(6) Clean and check
(7) Fasten the components and the pipe clamps on the side of the pipe
(8) Run the system at low speed empty to warm up the system.
Fault 18: The working bucket is not perpendicular to the bottom surface
Reason: Lubrication is not enough at the pin shaft of the working bucket, the hinge shaft of the balance rod, and the swing rod.
