Garbage compactor truck as a commonly used garbage transfer vehicle in the city, has advantages of high transportation efficiency, safe and convenient operation, etc. The upper body includes four major structures: the garbage box, bucket, barrel mechanism, and hydraulic system. The following is a detailed introduction of the principle of the four main structures.

1. Garbage box
The garbage box of large garbage compactor truck is welded using No. 16th Low alloy Groove steel and 8mm, 5mm, 4mm, 16Mn steel plate, the bottom groove steel of the trunk is not only the installation of steel structure connection base parts but also a support to push plate. This makes the compressed garbage truck lightweight, maximize the effective space of the box and reduce the structure of the center of gravity.

The standard compressed garbage truck is welded using No. 12th low alloy Groove steel and 5mm, 4mm, 16Mn steel plate, the box are fixed on the chassis through the beam.

Box bottom plate is fully sealed; sewage corrosion and duty water in the box all goes into the bucket sewage box so to avoid to corrode the box and chassis, as well as to avoid the roadside leakage during driving.

2. Bucket body
The bucket is also known as a garbage loader, it consists frame skeleton, guide rail, arc hopper, scraper, skateboard, negative pressure plate, and lightweight covering piece. The skateboard is equipped with eight rollers on both sides, low friction coefficient, high strength, and can be used for micro-oscillation to ensure the long-term use of the guide rail without wear.

There is a sewage tank at the bottom of the loader, inside water inside will flow into the sewage tank, the sewage water can be discharged completely or manually at the time of unloading.

3. Barrel-over mechanism
The barrel-over mechanism is also known as the flip mechanism. The vehicle in the factory can be selected to install the barrel mechanism (hanging barrel device), the flip mechanism (customized according to the garbage bins) or tumble mechanism.

Note: The mechanism is turned over during vehicle moves so as to facilitate normal driving.

4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of garbage compactor truck contains fuel tank, filtration system, oil pump, multi-channel valve, unidirectional throttle valve, cylinder, tubing and so on. The power of the system comes from the engine, which separates the power through the PTO and drives the gear pump to work.
