High-pressure water can be sprayed through the left and right nozzles to clean roadsides, sidewalks, guardrails, and isolation piers; high-pressure spray guns can be used to clean road signs, billboards, viaducts, etc.; use a spray system to have a powerful spray for dust reduction; spray disinfectant and adjust air humidity function.

The low-pressure waterway system of the high-pressure cleaning truck adopts a bipolar impeller centrifugal pump, which has high efficiency, wide cleaning width, long range of water guns, and can perform functions of greening watering and fire fighting.

1. Principle of water system of high pressure cleaning truck
The independent engine transmits the power to the transfer case. A transmission shaft of the transfer case drives the high-pressure water pump to rotate. The high-pressure water pump rotates at 800r/min. The water enters the water spray frame through various ball valves with cylinder control, and the water spray frame sprays high-pressure water through the nozzles to clean the road surface. The high-pressure water can enter the spray pipe through the pneumatic ball valve, and the spray nozzle is installed on the spray pipe, and the spray nozzle can spray. Enter the high-pressure spray gun through the manual ball valve to shoot high-pressure water, and the high-pressure water gun is installed on the front platform of the tank. Connect the small water gun through the quick connector to clean the car itself. Bypass throttling of high-pressure water through the throttling valve can reduce the system pressure. The water system has double protection of safety valve and overflow valve, the pressure of the overflow valve is 10MPa, and the pressure of the safety valve is 12MPa.
The low-pressure water pump transmits power to the transfer case from an independent engine. The other shaft of the transfer case drives the low-pressure water pump. The speed of the low-pressure water pump is 1450r/min. The flow rate of the front sprinkler of the low-pressure water pump is large, which is suitable for sprinkling and cooling, and the pressure of the rear sprinkler is slightly higher. It is used to wash the ground, and the sprinkling nozzle is also controlled by an electric-controlled pneumatic ball valve. The low-pressure water gun is at the rear of the car, and the gun body can be rotated up and down and horizontally. Turning the sleeve in front of the water gun can adjust the spray shape of the water and close the water gun. Manipulate the water gun, and communicate with the driver's cab with a wireless walkie-talkie.

2. Principle of hydraulic system of high pressure cleaning truck
The independent engine power drives the gear oil pump to rotate through the transfer case. The gear oil pump absorbs oil from the mailbox through the filter, and inputs high-pressure oil through the check valve. The pressure of the high-pressure oil is adjusted by the overflow valve and displayed by the pressure gauge. Through the two three-position four-way 0-type steering valves, it enters the telescopic oil cylinder of the water spray frame to realize the extension and shortening of the water spray frame, and the throttle valve controls the movement speed. Two three-position four-way Y-shaped electromagnetic reversing valves are used to control the spray frame deflection cylinder and the spray frame lift cylinder, and a two-way hydraulic lock is used to maintain the ready position. If the lifting platform is installed, install the hydraulic system of the lifting platform structure according to the picture in the upper left corner. The lifting platform is supported by two oil cylinders, and the hydraulic oil output by the oil pump pushes the piston of the cylinder to rise when it rises. The descending speed is adjusted by the throttle valve, the ascending speed is adjusted by the throttle port in the electromagnetic support valve, and the two one-way sequence valves at the lower end of the oil cylinder play a balancing role.

3. Other structures
The high-pressure cleaning trucks produced by some enterprises are not suitable for independent engines, but use automobile power. The power take-off is installed through the power transmission of the car, and the oil pump is driven through the transmission shaft. The oil pump outputs high-pressure oil to drive the oil motor to rotate. The motor passes through the reducer, and after deceleration, the high-pressure water pump and the low-pressure water pump are driven to rotate. In addition, the low-pressure pump of the high-pressure cleaning truck takes power through the truck power take-off to drive the low-pressure water pump, and the high-pressure water pump is driven by an independent engine.
