1. Keep the vacuum pump suitable for the number of revolutions
The speed of the vacuum pump is too high, and the rotor heats up. If the speed is too low, it will cause additional impact on the machine and components, which will affect the service life. In order to achieve a suitable working speed, please adjust the best position of the hand throttle according to the pump type.
2. Self-unloading and turning on flat ground
Self-unloading and turning over the tank on an inclined road will cause distortion of various components and cause malfunction, and may cause a rollover accident. When the tank is self-unloading, the tank door is opened first. Before the dumping tank is unloaded, the locking bolt should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be lifted to the required angle. When the tank is full, it is forbidden to close the rear tank door. The state lifts the tank, otherwise there is a danger of rollover.
3. When the oil pump and the vacuum pump take power, the engine idles and fully steps on the clutch pedal. After the power take-off switch is turned on, the clutch pedal is slowly released.
4. When the high-pressure cleaning suction truck is running, the vacuum pump and the oil pump are in a stopped state.
5. The truck must not be inhaled larger than the diameter of the hose and transport waste oil and dangerous materials.
6. Support rods and safety stops must be used when entering the tank bottom or overhauling in the state of self-unloading and turning tanks.
7. When driving high-pressure cleaning and sewage truck to transport dirt, the vehicle must drive at medium speed and slow speed, and should not make sharp turns and sudden braking, because the center of gravity of the non-wave plate in the tank is high.
