When the sprinkler uses the river ditch and the pond as the water source, be aware that all the ends of the suction pipe are not in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or more sediment and drifting debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally provided with a filtering device, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the filtering device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deep into the water absorption to ensure that it does not contain debris and does not enter the air. The water pump requirements of different sprinklers are different. The net pump requires no impurities in the water. The turbid water pump requires no stones and excessive sediment in the water.

2.Add water

Before the centrifugal water pump absorbs water, a certain amount of water should be added to the water pump. After the addition, the water supply must be closed. When the self-priming water pump is used for the first time, it is necessary to add water. In the future, it is not necessary to add water.

3.The inlet pipe must be vacuumed

When the water is sucked, the inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum to suck the water into the tank. The inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably, the hose can not be damaged, and the hard pipe can not have cracks, otherwise it will cause air leakage, which will cause the water to be sucked.

4.Parking stall

Sprinklers must be placed at the time of parking, either before or after watering.

5.Water release in winter

Before the winter season, the water in the water pump and water pipes should be emptied to prevent frost cracking. In the north of China, the construction is generally not carried out in the harsh winter. Therefore, immediately after the completion of the construction, the water in the water pump and the water pipe will be drained to prevent future troubles.

6.Sprinkling water

The position of the sprinkler in front of the sprinkler is low, close to the ground, and the spraying pressure is large, which can be used to flush the road surface; the position of the rear sprinkler is high (the sprinklers are usually installed one by one on the left and right sides), and the sprinkling surface is wide, which can be used for road construction and sprinkling. When the rear nozzle is used, the front nozzle should be closed; when using the adjustable nozzle to sprinkle water, the sprinkling width can be adjusted as needed. The wider the sprinkling width, the smaller the amount of overlap in the middle, and the more uniform the sprinkling density.

7.Lubrication and fastening

Regularly lubricate the lubrication points of the drive assembly during use, and often tighten the joints to ensure normal use.

8.Regular sewage discharge

The sprinkler water storage tank is provided with a sewage pipe, and the inlet of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the drain pipe switch should be opened periodically to remove any debris accumulated in the tank until the water clears.
