1. Before starting the concrete mixer truck, the mixer drum operating handle should be placed in the "stop" position.

2. After starting the engine, the mixing drum should be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes, and the hydraulic oil temperature should rise above 20°C before it can work.

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before charging to discharge the accumulated water and sundries to ensure the quality of the concrete.

4. When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging due to loosening, injuring pedestrians during travel or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.

5. When shipping the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During transportation, the speed of the mixing drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on a flat road. When driving on a road with a roll slope greater than 50, When the road surface is shaken from side to side, the stirring and rotation should be stopped, and the stirring and rotation should be resumed after the road conditions improve.

6. Before discharging concrete, the mixing drum should be rotated at 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.

7. After the concrete mixer truck has finished discharging, the feeding port, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be rinsed with the hose attached to the vehicle immediately, and the dirt and residual concrete adhered to the body should be removed. Fill the mixing drum with 150-200L of clean water. On the way back, let the mixing drum rotate at a slow speed to clean the inner wall and prevent the residual slag from adhering to the drum wall and mixing blades. Put the water in before charging again. Lose.

8. When transporting concrete, the engine speed should work within the range of 1000-1400 rpm so that the engine has the maximum torque. During the process of transporting concrete, the vehicle speed should not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving safety.

9. After the work is completed, the inside of the mixing drum and the body should be cleaned, and the remaining concrete should not be left in the drum.

10. When the pump is working, idling is prohibited, and the continuous use should not exceed 15 minutes.

11. The water volume of the water tank should always be kept full for emergency use. After the machine is shut down in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum should be drained and parked in a sunny place without water accumulation to avoid freezing damage to the machine.
