A. Personnel who have not been trained and qualified and have obtained operation and driving qualification certificates are strictly prohibited from operating aerial work trucks.

B. Preparation before driving

1. Before operation, you should read the manual carefully to understand the driving and use requirements, and master the driving performance parameters of the vehicle.

2. Before driving, check the oil level and water level of the chassis according to the requirements of the chassis.

3. Check the fuel level in the fuel tank. (Fuel consumption for high altitude and lifting operations needs to be considered).

4. Check the hydraulic oil level to ensure that the oil in the hydraulic tank reaches the specified value.

5. Check whether the upper arm and lower arm are in their original position and should not be suspended.

6. Check whether there are any missing tools or items in the working platform, and if so, remove them in time. When the vehicle is running, there are no fixed items placed inside the work platform.

7. Check whether the outriggers are fully retracted.

8. Check whether the power take-off lever has disengaged the power take-off gear from the truck gearbox

C. The choice of work location

1. The maximum inclination angle allowed on the ground in the workplace is 5°. If you need to work on a slope, you should park the car with the front of the car in the direction of the top of the slope.

2. When working on the road, the distance between the car body and the edge of the road should be no less than 760mm (the length of the outriggers), and the hazard warning lights should be turned on in time.

3. The operation vehicle shall not work in the area with fire and explosion danger or in the corrosive environment.

4. The working temperature range of the work truck is -25℃~40℃, and it is not allowed to work at temperatures outside this range.

5. The relative humidity of the environment is not more than 90% (25℃).

6. It is forbidden to work when the light is dim or the visibility is low.

7. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

8. When the wind power exceeds level 6, the operation vehicle shall not work.

9. When there are wires passing through the working range, a sufficient safety distance should always be maintained.

10. The working vehicle workshop should keep a sufficient safety distance from cliffs and ditches.

D. Other safety matters

1. Overload operation is strictly prohibited, and it is strictly prohibited for operators to perform aerial work without wearing seat belts.

2. During operation, it is forbidden to use the lifting method such as stools and ladders to work, and the center of gravity of the body shall not be protruded out of the bottom plate of the working platform.

3. It is strictly forbidden to throw objects from the working platform or to the working platform.

4. It is strictly forbidden to lift and climb at the same time.

5. It is strictly forbidden to use the hook to lift objects buried in the ground with unknown conditions, and it is strictly forbidden to drag heavy objects horizontally, so as to avoid accidents caused by overloading.

6. When working, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the boom.

7. When working at heights, there should be an operator beside the vehicle, ready to carry out emergency operations at any time.

8. Do not change the setting value of the hydraulic valve.

9. It is strictly forbidden to drive the vehicle when the power take-off gear is not disengaged
