The superstructure of wrecker truck is fully hydraulically operated, and its power comes from the chassis engine, the PTO takes power from the gearbox, and the output power of the engine reaches the double gear pump through the transmission shaft. The double pump outputs high-pressure oil, which flows through the multi-way reversing valve and various hydraulic valves, and then reaches each actuator. The actions of each component are controlled by the reversing valve handle, the joystick is arranged at the rear of the left and right toolboxes, and the joystick on each side can realize full-function operation. The sign next to the operating handle clearly indicates the purpose and action direction of the control handle.
1. Sub-frame is the installation base of each top-mounted component, which can evenly distribute the concentrated load of each component to the chassis frame, improve the chassis force condition, and transmit the load directly to the outrigger during lifting operations.
2. The under-pulling is the main part of the wrecker truck participating in the rescue work. The lifting and towing work of the faulty vehicle is mainly realized by the under-pulling. With the help of the telescopic action of each hydraulic cylinder, the under-pulling can realize folding, lifting, tilting and other movements to complete various rescue tasks
3. The main function of outriggers is to support the ground when lifting and winching the accident vehicle, so as to improve the stability of the whole vehicle and prevent the tires of the wrecker truck from being overloaded.
4. The tool box is divided into two parts, the left and the right. The tool box in the front is used to store various accessories and spare parts of the wrecker. The toolbox on both sides of the rear is the space for installing the hydraulic joystick.
5. The boom assembly is a component for lifting the accident vehicle. It is installed on the sub-frame and can complete lifting and telescopic actions. The boom cooperates with the winch to complete the lifting, winching, and turning over of the accident vehicle.
6. The light stand is the part for installing the warning light. It raises the warning light over the top of the cab to alert front and rear vehicles and pedestrians.
