1. Garbage hopper
The garbage hopper of the compression garbage truck is welded with 8mm, 5mm, 4mm 16Mn steel plates. The channel steel at the bottom of the hopper is not only the basic part of the installation and connection of the steel structure, but also the support of the push plate. Lightweight maximizes the effective space of the box and reduces the center of gravity of the structure.
The bottom plate of the hopper is a fully sealed structure, the sewage is corroded, and the accumulated water in the hopper is all leaked into the sewage tank of the bucket body, so as to avoid corrosion of the body and the chassis of thetruck, and to avoid the leakage of sewage to the roadside during driving, which effectively prevents secondary pollution.
2. Garbage loader
The garbage loader is composed of frame, guide rail, arc hopper, scraper, sliding plate, negative pressure plate and light cover. Through the sequential actions of the scraper cylinder, the slide cylinder and the negative pressure plate, the function of circulating the material in the loader into the hopper is realized. There are eight rollers on both sides of the skateboard, which have low friction coefficient, high strength, and can swing slightly to ensure the long-term use of the guide rail without wear.
The loader is also a sealing device at the rear of the carriage, which realizes the opening and closing actions through the lifting cylinder, the sliding hinge and the locking device.
There is a sewage tank at the bottom of the loader, and the accumulated water in the carriage and the excess water in the hopper flow into the sewage tank. When unloading, the sewage in the sewage tank can be completely discharged by itself or manually.
3. Flip mechanism
According to the user's needs, the barrel turning mechanism, the turning plate mechanism or the turning bucket mechanism can be selected. The mechanism adopts a hydraulic double-acting double-cylinder to turn over, and the iron or plastic barrels are locked by the system during the re-turning process, which is safe and stable, with strong strength and reasonable structure.
4. Hydraulic system
The action of the hydraulic cylinder of the truck adopts the circuit to control the quality and air circuit, the air circuit valve controls the cylinder, the cylinder operates the hydraulic multi-way valve, and the hydraulic multi-way valve controls the action of the oil cylinder. The operation is simple and reliable, and it also has manual direct operation hydraulic multi-way valve, with single hydraulic system bidirectional control.
The hydraulic system consists of oil tank and filter system, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, and the power is separated through the power take-off, which drives the gear pump to work.
The gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank through the oil suction filter, and the multi-way valve (located behind the cab and at the front of the car box) supplies oil. When the multi-way valve is working, the negative pressure plate oil cylinder, sliding plate oil cylinder, scraper oil cylinder, bucket lifting oil cylinder or push plate oil cylinder will act. When the hydraulic oil cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil will return to the oil tank directly through the multi-way valve.
