In addition to towing and clearing faulty vehicles, they can also participate in rescue. There are two types of towing cranes, with different structures and different configurations. However, no matter which structure, hydraulic winch is a necessary configuration, because the wrecker is a special vehicle type, and its operation has certain requirements. As the main part of the wrecker, the operation method of the winch is also very important.

1. Start the engine first, put the gear position in the neutral position, step on the clutch, and turn on the power take-off. Before the hydraulic winch is operated, the slab should be lowered first. When the slab is lowered, pay attention to the rear lift and descend according to the slab. To adjust the height of the rear lift, lower the plate to a suitable position.

2. Disengage the winch clutch, pull out the wire rope to the wrecked faulty vehicle, hook the hook to the traction shackle of the back-loaded vehicle, and then combine the winch clutch, pay special attention to the remaining wire rope when pulling out the wire rope The number of laps shall not be less than 5 laps.

3. At this time, put the faulty vehicle in neutral, release the parking brake of the faulty vehicle, and then operate the winch lever to pull the faulty vehicle onto the platform, and control the hook to be more than 40 cm away from the winch. When the winch is under load, Do not open the manual control clutch of the winch, which will damage the winch. For cars with a low chassis, be very careful when operating to avoid secondary damage to the vehicle.

4. After dragging the faulty vehicle onto the vehicle, use straps to fix the tires of the vehicle. After fixing, slowly raise the tail of the flatbed. When it is about 15 cm from the ground, move the flatbed forward to 60 cm from the front end. Then adjust the height of the plate to a horizontal position, and finally move the plate to the forefront.

5. Pull up the parking brake of the faulty vehicle, the gear is in the first gear position (the automatic gear is in the P position), check whether the strap is secure, pay attention to the detailed inspection, and after the check is correct, step on the wrecker clutch and turn off PTO, and the operation of the malfunctioning car is completed.
