When pumping oil, choose a good parking position, park the truck steadily, keep each outlet valve in the closed position, and align the oil inlet with the oil pan to slowly accelerate the oil absorption. 16. When running full of asphalt, drive at a medium speed. When encountering bends or slopes, slow down in advance and try to avoid emergency braking.
17. Before spreading, the hot asphalt in the tank should pass through the asphalt pump and circulate in the pipeline for 3~5min, and only when the asphalt temperature is not lower than 100℃, can it be officially spread.
18. When spraying, the spreader should start about 5-10m away from the starting point of spraying. When it reaches the starting point of spraying, quickly open the three-way valve of the left and right pipes, place the operating handle on the position indicated by the orientation plate, and start spraying asphalt. No people stay within 10m of the spraying direction.
19. During the spraying operation, the spreader should advance in the direction indicated by the guide line, and adjust the corresponding speed according to the requirements of the spraying operation, and move forward steadily without arbitrarily swinging, turning the steering wheel or shifting speed.
20. For hydraulic asphalt distributors, pay attention to the readings of the asphalt pump speedometer in the cab and the fifth wheel speedometer to understand the quality of asphalt spraying.
21. It is strictly forbidden to use the heating system when the asphalt distributor is driving.
