The nozzle rubber strip is damaged or has residues, which will greatly affect the cleaning effect of the heavy duty sweeper truck; in the usual cleaning process, the nozzle rubber strip will have attachments on it, and sometimes it will even hit iron nails, etc. Sharp objects, if they are not cleaned up in time, will cause damage to the nozzle rubber strip, weaken the sealing and make it impossible to suck in sewage. Therefore, after we usually use the sweeper truck, we must check more. If there is any attachment, we must promptly remove it, and if the rubber strip is damaged, we must promptly replace it.

3. The pipeline is blocked; in the sweeper truck, the working units are connected through various pipelines to form a circulating working system. After the sweeper truck has worked for a period of time, there will be sludge, hair and other residues in the pipeline. If it is not removed in time, it will cause blockage and affect the work. So when we use it every day, rinse with running water to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed.

4. After the sweeper truck is used for a long time, the efficiency of the battery will be reduced. This is a natural situation; when it is found that the fully charged battery can no longer meet the needs of the work, it should be replaced in time to avoid delaying the normal use of the work.
