2. The working space of the folding boom crane truck is lower. Due to the special structure of the folding boom crane truck, the folding boom is more suitable for relatively small working environments such as factories, warehouses, tunnels, and culverts. The display space is larger, and it is more suitable for operations in the wilderness without obstructions.

3. The folding boom crane truck has more working angles and higher operating efficiency. Because the folding boom crane truck adopts a plurality of hydraulic cylinders, it forms a device similar to the articulated boom manipulator, so that it can perform multiple actions at the same time and fold it. The boom truck-mounted crane can be equipped with fixtures, grippers and other auxiliary equipment to make the operation faster, while the straight boom truck mounted crane uses a hoist to retract and release the wire for lifting. The hook is lowered, its work efficiency is relatively low, and it is not suitable for adding auxiliary equipment due to structural reasons.

4. The operation of the straight boom crane truck is relatively simple. Because its general configuration is only a single hydraulic cylinder, there are only two hydraulic cylinders at most, and there are only two movements at the same time, so that people who have been in contact with this product for a while can also operate smoothly. The folding boom crane truck has multiple hydraulic cylinders that can perform multiple actions at the same time, making it difficult for unskilled people to operate.

5. The working range of the straight-boom truck-mounted crane is larger. Because the straight-boom crane is generally 2-3 meters longer than the folding-boom crane, and it has its own hoist, it can be used when hoisting relatively high objects such as utility poles. It is much more convenient than the folding boom truck crane.

6. The chassis of the straight boom truck crane has a longer life. The center of gravity of the straight boom truck mounted crane is far away from the installation position. When lifting the goods, the gravity is better dispersed to several axles of the chassis, and the pressure on the installation part is reduced. It is relatively much smaller, and the use of the folding boom truck crane, whether it is in the middle or in the rear, due to its relatively concentrated structure, the center of gravity is easy to concentrate on a certain axis of the chassis, and it is also easy to cause local deformation of the beam at the installation site.
